The mixed rubber raw materials are mixed in a double stick rubber mixer by adding double 24 or platinum vulcanizing agent or silicone color masterbatch, and pressed into layers of silicone extruded material with uniform thickness.
Install the mold on the head of the silicone extruder. Cut the refined rubber into shapes of the same size and length to facilitate feeding from the inlet of the extruder. Then feed through a silicone extruder and extrude the soft silicone hose into shape. Place the silicone hose in an 8-meter long drying channel and vulcanize at high temperature. The silicone hose produced through the drying process can be semi-finished and then wrapped.
High temperature vulcanization:
Place the wrapped silicone hose kits into an oven, with ordinary silicone at 180 degrees Celsius and gas-phase silicone hose at 200 degrees Celsius, and a high temperature of 2 hours. Perform secondary vulcanization to remove odors from the silicone hose and prevent frost and yellowing.
Perform subsequent processing:
The rest is to perform subsequent processing such as cutting or bonding according to the length required by the customer. Then package and ship to the customer as required.
